1)    Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions (Terms):

b)    Termination of access does not affect any rights and obligations accrued before termination.

b)    You irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales for:

i)      any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site; and

ii)     any actions to enforce these Terms.
